Let’s get those books in sync! This service includes setting and verifying the beginning and ending balances, matching transactions in your accounting software to the corresponding bank statement, and reviewing the records to ensure all statement transactions are accounted for in the software. Any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process will be noted for further review.
This service does not include reviewing, verifying, or correcting transaction categories.
Whether you’re reviewing completed reconciliations or need help completing the full bank reconcilation, support is available when you need it.
Need to get invoices into Puzzle from another invoicing system?
If your invoicing platform doesn’t integrate directly with Puzzle, I can import your invoices using CSV files so they appear in your accounts receivable records and are ready for tracking inside Puzzle.

To ensure consistent scheduling, invoice imports are offered on a monthly, twice-monthly, or quarterly basis. Weekly imports are not available.

If you receive customer payments outside of Stripe, Bill.com, or another integrated payment platform, we can manually record the payment in Puzzle and update the invoice so it no longer appears as outstanding.

If your payroll provider doesn’t integrate with Puzzle, payroll transactions can be entered manually based on reports provided by your payroll processor. We may be able to add payroll entries manually for you.
